A disable friendly toilet in a remote village in Bhalokiapalang
Nur Aysha (22) daughter of Mohammad Sonali (Father) and Nurjahan is mentally and physically disable person living in a remote village in Bhalokiapalang, Ratnapalang, Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar. WaterAid-UNICEF established a disable friendly toilet within their house. Eight members of the family are using this toilet. After birth she was completely a healthy child but during her two years of age she suffered with fever and her disability started since then. Her brother Mohammad Belal says, “We didn’t have any proper toilet facilities before. We got this standard toilet only because of Nur.
