UNICEF-BRL-0494-0499 Many elderly refugees and house wives tune in for special programmes on broadcast day, four days each week. UNICEF partners with local radio to produce weekly shows and public service announcements that share lifesaving messages about services such as vaccination campaigns. UNICEF distributed 2,000 radios to reach 67,200 refugees in 2018. UNICEF and partners are placing a special focus on adolescents.
