Asia’s foster parents (Dilder and Jomil Ahmed) take care of her with help from the UNICEF and Department of Social Services integrated case management and cash assistance program for vulnerable families. UNICEF and the Department of Social Services launched this program in June 2018, benefitting 4,200 children and 3,000 foster caregivers.
